I'd be interested in seeing any period recipes for adding crushed olives

to *anything*. Or any interesting period recipes using olives. Perhaps
because much of the SCA used period books are English or French, we've
not talked a lot about actual recipes with olives.
For those that might be interested, there is this file on olives:
