[Sca-cooks] OOP:OT:cheesecake

I made a cheesecake that you bake this weekend, and it came out pretty good
except the graham cracker crust is so hard you have a hard time cutting it
with a knife. I am wondering if I overcooked it, because the cheese part is
creamy and brown on top, but is a little dry.(to me).

It tastes good.  It is only the second cheesecake I ever made and I
couldn't find my recipe that I used for the last one.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
