oh. very often if you jsut ask the library. or the copyright holder. they
will let you copy it. WITH permission, and proper credit.

also, some people. when a book is out of print. will let you just pay a
"fee" to copy... i did that with an artist whose work i liked. i called her
and *asked* if i could copy an out of print work.. and how much should i
mail her for her fee....
