Here are some things my husband and I routinely make in quantity, so
we can freeze most of it: beef stew (thicken with soy flour), chicken
stew, spaghetti sauce (can be served over rice noodles or baked
potatoes, neither of which takes a whole lot of cooking), chicken
curry.
