[Sca-cooks] sugar substitutes (Mostly Aspartame, but not totally)

I and my good friend have the same problem.  I can tolerate a piece of
gum in it, but if she has just one sip of something with it in it she
has problems.

Both of our doctors have said to stay completely away from it.

Some people can use it without issues, others cannot.

yes.. but Coca Cola. and NON diet Barks. dont give him migraines... and
he
drinks three cups of tea at a time.
on the other hand, non caffeinated things that have Nutra sweet in any
appreciable amount.. give himn screaming headaches

trust me, its the Aspartame.
