There's fat (butter), egg, and flour.  And there's a couple of
tablespoons of orange juice.
I'm unfortunately low on time and ingredients to try a couple more
batches, hence the question.  Although I don't think my guinea
pigs...uh, co-workers...would mind too much! <g>
