This made me laugh.  When I lived on Midway, every spring there was a
contest where everyone would dress up their bicycles and parade down the
runway for prizes.  Not just the kids either.  They had categories for kids
and adults.  Well, when you live on a place you can walk completely around
in two hours, I suppose you need some sort of entertainment.
