Please check your references, Bear. My copy of Anthimus describes this
letter as having been intercepted by Zeno's agents about 478, thus leading
to Anthimus' exile. The letter was sent to the other Theodoric, King of the
Frankish Goths ( Incipit epistula Anthimi uiri inlustris comitis et
legatarii ad gloriosissimum Theudoricum regem francorum) or, "begins (the)
letter of Anthimus, illustrius Count and Legate to (the) most glorious
Theodoric, King (of the) Franks"

Too many Theodorics and Theodoras running around about then....
