[Sca-cooks] Egg Yolks (OOP, OT)

Farmwives in the Midwest used to made noodles when they made angel food
cakes. Besides selling eggs and making butter, my grandmother had a
going concern making cakes and noodles for people. You can still drive
along the backroads in the Amish area of Central Illinois and find signs
posted that say:
"Eggs and Noodles for Sale" in front of the farmhouses.
