[Sca-cooks] Egg Yolks (OOP, OT)

Greetings,

In the Southern Living that I just got out of my mailbox there is a recipie
for a Sweet Potato Creme Brulee that looks killer and takes 6 egg yolks.

Does that sound tasty?
