My apologies for the sheer size of my first post.  I realized when I read
it, that I had done that.  Yes, I felt pretty stupid.  I should know better.
That's why my subsequent posts had most of the digest I was responding to,
with the unnecessary bits clipped out.  That actually was the first time I
had replied to a well traveled group.

Anyway, my apologies and tata.  My thanks for the help I have received.
Hopefully I'll track down the wiley book.   Ahh the joys of finding the
unusual.
