[Sca-cooks] Butter- how to's and sources

??Butter messages??  I can only assume this happened while many of us were
at Pennsic.  Or else I'm not getting messages.

  there was a brief discussion on flavored butters and some of
   the sources that led folk to think as they do.......it was
   interesting.
