It's a little late to add anything, but - if you don't have one, call anyone
on your crew and ask them to bring one of those collapsable dryer-frames
(they accordian-pleat) and set it somewhere outside your kitchen door.
Giving your towels and aprons a chance to dry as your staff is working seems
to ease a lot of stress. I don't know why, since it's such a little thing,
but every kitchen I've been in that had "towel drying facilities" (and
blessings always on the Boy Scout camp that actually had a washer and drying
in the back storage area!) has had less stress as we neared the dinner
hour.... wierd, but true (in my experience).
