[Sca-cooks] How Big Tarts???

Hi.  I have an illustration of a square raised pie. Also ones that are
oval, rectangular, & shaped like a lobster, etc. These are all raised pies,
though, & use stiff dough (and probably moulds for keeping them the right
shape). See Robert May's Accomplisht Cook for the pictures.
