If you are going to put marzipan in it you may consider either dabbing the
inside all over with a ball of marzipan to coat it with almond oil, or just
bringing a small bottle of almond oil with you to lightly coat the mold.
That is what I do (plan A).  Sometimes you can dust the molds with powdered
sugar but that isn't as effective.
