Did some checking.
The Chinese Banquet one that I remember is
this one I think:

Author is Lo, Eileen Yin-Fei
Title is The Chinese Banquet Cookbook
New York Crown 1985
Described as:
Authentic feasts from China's regions with 10 complete banquets
and over 100 recipes. Each recipe has its base in Chinese tradition.
Most of the recipes are exactly as they have existed in China for years,
centuries.
