Ooh! Which recipe did you use? I made the Erbowle from Forme of Cury
yesterday- we went to a potluck, and I made it to go with the ham. It was
really yummy. Used plums from the tree in the backyard, which had been in
the freezer. Apple wine from Coos Bay, and a little Coos Bay honey with the
spices. (Regina has a brother with a farm in Coos Bay). It turned out
wonderfully and we were smearing it on teh ha, and one bread and on pound
cake and... oh la. There's still some in teh frig, calling my name...
