Reading between the lines: Do your displays not have feedback? The
most useful displays that I've seen have the artisan standing by their
display for part of the day, so that passers-by can ask them
questions. Some also have formalized "Yes, I want feedback," "Yes, I
want encouragement", and "No comments please".
