[Sca-cooks] polenta

I got all kinds of interesting links when I googled for "polenta" and
"semolina" together.
A number of the recipes actually had both listed as ingredients, leading
me to think that perhaps "polenta," to some, also means a type of
prepared corn, in the same way that "masa harina" is a type of prepared
corn.
