I ***love*** blood oranges, and the fruit is quite colorful and
flavorful and fragrant. But I'm not quite clear here.
Is your reference above to the peels or to the fruit or both?
Do you candy the fruit too?
Do you intentionally pick blood oranges that have more colorful peels?
