[Sca-cooks] Recipe request- ot?

one of my old 1950's cookbooks talks about a frozen horseradish cream 
(sour, i think).  will look i t up when i am home tomorrow finishing cookie 
baking and marzipan making.

non-period?  chicken paprikash is always good.   any given recipe should be 
available online.    chicken, broth, onions, paprika, sour cream... nothing 
fancier.
