They definitely want it medieval-style.  In fact they've asked that I
use reproduction medieval serving dishes if at all possible.  So I'm
going to use my payment for the articles (yes, I even get paid!) to
slowly build up a collection of appropriate kitchen gear.  I've been
meaning to do so for ages, but this at least gives me a way to do it
that doesn't cost me any of my pay packet from my day job.
