[Sca-cooks] candy canes

some varieties of candy cane are peppermint flavored all the way through. i
saw a tv special on a factory that makes mints.....
they make the red and white little mints? starlights???? and some of the
year they make candy canes.... and they just color half the  "dough" red....
its the same mix with the peppermint.
