Ene bichizh ogsen baina shuu...

Does anyone have any good ideas for breakfast? Maybe casseroles, stews
(breakfast???) that would hold up to being frozen then heated? Cheap comes
to mind, too.

You can try one of my favorites, if you have an oven and no need to go
period.

Frijoles Negros con Huevos

Black beans, canned
Canned chopped tomatoes
Chopped onion
Chopped hot peppers
Grated cheese.
Eggs

Hard corn tortillas

Mix the beans, tomatoes, onion and hot peppers in a bowl. Cover the bottom
of a baking pan with them, about 3/4-1 inch deep. Use a spoon to make little
dimples in the bean mix and crack eggs into them. Sprinkle grated cheese
over all.

Place in a roughly 350 oven for half an hour or until the eggs are set
firmly. Meanwhile, collapse in a chair, stare into space and pour coffee or
tea down your throat. Serve with tortillas.

You can make up the bean mix the night before, and prep so all you hafta do
is spoon it into the pans (any size will work, even muffin tins) and break
the eggs into it.

If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it is probably not a
cat.

Never a horse that cain't be rode,
And never a rider who cain't be throwed....
