[Sca-cooks] Info on holding cabinets and portable hotboxes?

Does "almost no kitchen" equate with "no facilities at all" or just "one
stove, one sink, and some countertop"?

I've found Nesco <tm> roasters and their ilk to be wonderful things for
keeping food hot and such. Depending on what the foodstuff is, you can get
about 100-150 servings in one roaster. A lot of rental places seem to have
them, or if you have the storage space you can buy them. I bought two for
the barony at Wally's Discount Capitalist Emporium for $30 each.

The catch with the roasters is that you can't transport food in them.

Or you could just look into renting equipment.
