[Sca-cooks] Camp pizza OP

Master Chirhart did pizza's one year at Pennsic.  We bring along the pig
cooker and pizza stones to bake on.  I am not a pizza person, but as pizzas
go, well, I guess they were ok from the way folks made em disappear.
