[Sca-cooks] Freezing prebaked tartlet crusts

I know that pie crusts of various kinds (baked or unbaked) can be
frozen.  there are many websites that say so.  I'm thinking of
making some mini tart crusts in a muffin pan, baking them
(unfilled), and freezing them.  What I want to know is how to wrap
them to prevent freezer burn without cracking or breaking them in
the process.
