Title: Knackebrod Ii:
                              Categories: Cookies
                                   Yield: 1 servings

                                   1 c  Coarse rye meal
                                   1 c  Rye flour
                                   1 tb Sugar
                               1 1/2 ts Salt
                                   4 tb Butter
                                 1/2 c  Milk

                               Sift dry ingredients, cut in butter, add
milk and stir until smooth. Turn
                               onto floured board and roll very thin.
Prick with fork, then cut dough into
                               oblong pieces. Use a thimble and make
holes in each piece. Place on
                               slightly greased baking sheet and bake 10
minutes in a slow oven.
