What "Pork Surprise" at Angels 20th Anniversary?

I was in charge of both banquets.  We did serve
pork roast for the Saturday feast.  It had been
completely roasted at home and just reheated on
site, since I didn't trust Fallow's Camps
completely outdoors kitchen.  It definitely
wasn't undone.
