I could give you a copy of mine in Word format.  It's 10 pages
(including the bibliography), and has most of the recipes and
redactions from last night's feast.  Since all of the redactions are
mine, there are no issues of permission.

The feast, BTW, went pretty well.  There were some of the usual
problems with logistics and timing, but the food ranged in quality
from okay to really, really good.  The feast started, as scheduled,
at 7:30.  Because there were so many courses, a number of
people left before the end.  They were full and/or they wanted to get
home.  Also, it turned out that the site wanted us done and out
earlier than expected.  Despite the disappointment of not being
able to present the whole feast at a leisurely pace, it was a
satisfactory evening, and I got a lot of positive feedback on the food.
