[Sca-cooks] good pennsic foods for single camping?

They've a decent vegetable market on site, now, so you're not limited to 
canned or frozen vegetables. Mind you, this horribly wet spring is 
surely impacting truck farmers, I know it is around here, so the 
selection may not be ideal, but there should be something. Some is New 
World, but I remember various greens, onions, other basics.
