Thanks for the advice on the couscous everyone. Your tips are going to be helpful. It will be in the last course for a crown feast I'm cooking. The kitchen's not that great, but I\ve worked miracles before. (Yes, Generys it's Lavender from Tir-y-don! Investiture was definitely one of my cooking miracles)
