[Sca-cooks] recipe for provolone cheese?

We use it to make garlic cheese bread. Use a nice crust loaf of french or 
italian bread cut in half longwise, slather on butter, garlic of your choice 
(fresh, powder, salt, granulated...whatever's on hand) then top with slices of 
provolone. Put it in the oven til the cheese is browned and then devour...
