[Sca-cooks] recipe for provolone cheese?

Or, based on a Digbie recipe for mushroom pie:

1 frozen pie crust
1 box mushrooms
1 5 ounce wedge of parmesan cheese
1 small package of mozzerella cheese
4 eggs
Chopped fresh parsley
Garlic or garlic powder
Vegetable oil

1. Allow pie crust to sit out to room temperature

2. Clean and slice mushrooms, cut cheese into 1/2" cubes, chop parsley

3. In a small amount of oil, saute mushrooms for a minute, then add garlic 
and parsley. Saute another minute or so

4. Crack eggs into large mixing bowl and beat lightly, then add cheese and 
stir

5. Add mushrooms and mix well

6. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or so til set.

Before baking, you can brush the edge of the crust with a bit of the egg if 
desired.
