Yeah, those professional chefs can be a bonus, can't they????

I've done the baked rice thing in crock pots, too, when we lost a site and
had to cook in a smaller kitchen....

Actually, it worked out perfectly. Next time, I'll just use a better rice.
There is absolutely no way this could have come off if the rice hadn't
baked. Kelandra assured me it was perfect, and sticky was good, :). I'm glad
the pork was good, and I will be forever grateful to Sir Asoph for slicing
it!
