Look around your yard, if you had the lemon balm long enough for it to
flower, it probably seeded and you'll find seedlings around somewhere. I
don't consider lemon balm invasive 'cos it's easy to remove, just eager to
volunteer. :)

I make mine with Cider Vinegar because I'm cheap and I make a lot of it...
(I can get cider vinegar in gallon jugs but for wine vinegar by the gallon
I have to send someone to a restaurant supply store in Philly.)

I like the flavor and other people seem to like it as well...
