Now, what's the point of "milder" sauerkraut. I bought this jar of
"German-style" sauerkraut which turned out to be cabbage and salt, period. I
tossed it, because it had NO FLAVOR. At all. Sauerkraut is supposed to be a
PICKLE, for Heaven's sake!
