*giggle* Rules? Competitions have rules?

East Kingdom Arts & Sciences Champions, which has more rules than most
East Kingdom A&S competitions are _allowed_ to have (penalty is being
whined to death by the North East Kingdom Anarchic Presbyterian Synod)

Has this to say about documentation:

" 9. Documentation is required for each item entered (you must provide a
copy of your documentation for each category the item is entered in).

10. Full ingredient lists must be provided for all Culinary entries and
modern sanitary considerations taken in the preparation."

Northern Lights' Judging criteria for documentation is:

"Documentation (5 points) - the written information that tells when and
where the item/design/ inspiration came from, your process for creating
the item (how), where you might have differed from period construction or
materials and why (things like "examples have been found of this type of
garment in silk and linen but I used modern blends due to expense" or "I
substituted X ingredient for the highly poisonous one they used in period"
- that sort of thing). It's nice to add what you like best about an item
and what you might do differently next time. Most people try to keep it to
a page or so (if more than that there should be a paragraph/page summary
of the information."
