   I beg to differ. The second-best favourite dish is a tie between your
fish soup and the fresh (young) cheese. Oh, or maybe the sausages.
   But the baked salmon - man, that was good.
   And that critique comes from a Pacific-coast salmon catcher/eater.
(Actually, I grew up on jerked salmon more than grilled or cooked stuff. So
the fact that I wanted seconds _over_ the commercially-available scotch eggs
at the demo should say something.)
