It is extremely tender center cut beef tenderloin fileted double thick and
stuffed with seasonings before being grilled or fried.  Properly done, it is
superb steak.

I've decided to duck the whole issue of cooking, go out of town to visit the
daughter, and sample the Wichita Hyatt Regency's fare for Thanksgiving.
