I don't mean to be rude, but just ewwww.... I cant stand sour cream
or butter on potatoes. And mashing caulifllower like that leaves me
feeling queasy. I'd much rather have the cauliflower on its own,
braised or curried or just raw and crunchy. In general I strongly
dislike faux foods because they never do taste like the food they
"replace".
