Hiya!
one of my household is a timeshare goat owner :) and so ends up with a
ton of lovely goats milk cheese that she makes.

The chevre style freezes. It's a bit worse for the wear afterwards, but
is still fine for cooking in tarts, pasta, etc. Assuming of course, you
don't eat it all out of hand :).
