[Sca-cooks] Question on Cubebs

Thanks for the offer (and thanks to the others that offered).

I actually have an ounce in my cupboard myself! This was more of an acedemic
discussion because it was brought up on another list and I was skeptical as
to weather or not the allspice was an acceptable substitute.

The list the discussion was on is not a hard-core cooking list so I thought
it would be inappropriate to have a period/not-period discussion on said
list. So I brought it over here for informational purposes only.

But again, I appriciate the offer.
