[Sca-cooks] Goat Cheese

I tend to think of "goat cheese" (generic term) as the kind that's about
the same firmness as cream cheese.  Definitely a fresh cheese, and not
an aged one.  No mold.  Lovely tangy taste...mmmmm.....
