FYI: What I serve as Butterbeer at our intermittent Harry Potter Game
Parties
is Italian Soda made up of fizzy water mixed with Torani's Almond Roca
Syrup.

1. Tasty
2. Non-alcoholic, can be served to children
3. "Buttery" character

Yes, I have the Harry Potter candy molds and more recently, cookie
cutters. Wilton got on that licencing train early!
Their mini cookie cutter set has a winged key, a golden snitch [winged
ball], a potion bottle and a snazzy assymetrical star.
