Are you telling me there is a drinkable verjus? This is good news! My
sister, a recovering alcoholic, enjoys bringing non-alcoholic wine to events
but wishes it were more palatable. Non-alcoholic wines are notoriously sweet
and insipid. I imagine drinkable verjus would be much more satisfying. I
must order a bottle and give it a try (before subjecting Sis to possible
disappointment).
