[Sca-cooks] What would you do?

The cook did set the menu in advance. It was printed in and people were
asked to pre-pay for the feast. The cook was told that they would be
advanced no money until after the pre-payed reservation deadline had passed.
(This is now the policy for all feasts at Kingdom events in Atenveldt that
are not part of the site fee.)
