[Sca-cooks] Grain mill question

King Arthur white wheat flour is wonderful. It seems finer in texture than
their regular whole wheat. I generally mix it with bread flour for baking,
the same way I would whole wheat flour -- since my husband does not like
heavy breads, I use about 2 ounces per pound, but any proportion would work.
