[Sca-cooks] Sour Cherry Pie

I could live with the canned taste if I could find cans. There haven't
been any canned sour cherries anywhere in my area for about 4 years now.
Bing cherries are -not- the same. It's been driving us nuts since our
cherry tree gave up the ghost.
