[Sca-cooks] OT - recipe help - "atkins" scotch eggs

The kind of breakfast sausage that comes in one big roll intead of 
individual links.  It comes in 12-ounce rolls rather than 16-ounce 
pounds for no reason that I can tell, aside from basic marketing 
deceptiveness.  :-/  1 roll covers 4 eggs.  Call it 3 ounces per egg then.
